2026-10-30 10:00 update

  • 10-30 ~10:13 ET: the whole cluster is bid and above OR30 highs: TMUS +5.73%, VZ +3.24%, T +3.08%, CMCSA +3.30%. Nasdaq is −2.9%. No same-day catalyst found. All four have reported (T 10-21, CMCSA 10-22, VZ 10-26, TMUS 10-28). On their calls, the TMUS and VZ CEOs rejected a SpaceX MVNO and called a terrestrial build a $300–500B, 65–80k-site job (Mobile World Live, 2026-10-30). Read: a defensive/anti-semis rebound after the SpaceX-driven selloff. A secondary source puts the group −5.78% for the week through Thursday (Faircurve); unverified.
  • ~10:23 ET refresh: TMUS +5.62%, VZ +2.87%, T +2.61%, CMCSA +3.30%; towers AMT +1.41%, CCI +0.70%; satellite ASTS −4.32%, SATS −1.99%, GSAT −0.95% (Yahoo). whiggity's "short-covering + month-end rebalancing" explanation is unverified (no positioning data).
  • Upcoming: CHTR Nov 6, 7:00 ET (Charter); not in the universe, but it is CMCSA's read-through.
  • 2026-10-30 10:00 — open follow-through, telecom/pharma bid, software split

2026-11-02 09:00 update

A satellite-backed fourth carrier is a cluster-wide competitive overhang; treat the three carriers as one exposure on headline days.
